In 1942. Sevastopol was occupied by the Germans, renamed Theodorichhafen, and was administered by the Wehrmacht as was the rest of the Crimea, for the future colonization by Greater Germany.
Narrative
On May 9, 1944, Sevastopol was liberated by the Red Army, and was awarded with the Hero City title a year later.
