Narrative
Founded in 1932, Moshav Avichail מושב אביחיל is located in the Sharon region, 4 km north of Netanyah.
It was part of the Settlement of the Thousand by veterans of the Jewish Legion.
In 1945, Moshav Avichail מושב אביחיל merged with neighboring Moshav Ein Oved.
It is home to the Jewish Legion museum, Bet haGdudim Museum מוזיאון בית הגדודים, which describes the history of the Hebrew Brigades that served in the British Army during World War I.
