Narrative
In 1937, kibbutz Tirat Zvi קיבוץ טירת צבי was founded as a tower and stockade ומגדל חומה settlement, by settlers from Poland, Romania and Germany, members of two groups: Kvutzat Shahal קבוצת שח"ל and Kvutzat Rudges קבוצת רודגס.
Narrative
On February, 28, 1938, during the Arab Revolt, an armed Arab mob attacked kibbutz Tirat Zvi קיבוץ טירת צבי, and was repelled with many casualties on both sides.

On February 16, 1948, the Yarmuk Battalion of the Arab Liberation Army الإنقاذ جيش attacked kibbutz Tirat Zvi קיבוץ טירת צבי.
A few hours after the attack began, British troops arrived, and forced the attackers to return to their home base, after 60 of the attackers and one kibbutz member were killed
