Deborah was a prophetess and the fourth, and the only female, Judge of pre-monarchic Israel, whose story is told twice,, in Judges chapters 4 and 5.
Deborah was the nurse (Genesis 35:8), sent by Laban to care for his sister, Rebeccah, when she went to marry Isaac, and mentioned by name in the Torah, when she died at Alon Bachot, and was buried by Jacob.
