In 1989, Chana Gazit, David Steward and a group of University at Buffalo grads received grant money to collaborate on a film. In September 2004, Chana Gazit and David Steward's film The Pill, which traces the development of the birth control pill, was awarded an Emmy. Chana Gazit and David Steward’s projects include a program for the PBS series Slavery and the Making of America, and a film on women and immigration for the series Destination America. |
