Allan Litovsky's practice focuses on litigation of technology cases, including major patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation matters. He is experienced in both jury and bench trials and has litigated cases in a number of federal and state courts around the country as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Allan also assists clients with technology-related transactions, including licensing and outsourcing arrangements, and counsels clients in the areas of patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights, as well as computer and Internet law. While Allan's core technical experience is in the field of electrical engineering, he has successfully handled matters in a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor circuitry and manufacturing processes, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software, satellite control systems, digital satellite television systems, audio equipment, automotive technologies, and avionics.
